I have teased you long enough when it comes to the Doctor who has transformed my health. Dr Stephen Sassinis Shashyan has taught me so many things when it comes to living a healthier life. In this episode we talk about the symptoms of a disease that are underlying long before the disease emerges, what can we do for our body and well-being to reduce our risk of illness, and what causes illness?

We cover gut health, diet, genetic tests, and the benefits of having a genetic test for your health and any genetic mutations. One genetic mutation we do discuss is the MTHFR gene which has been linked to ADHD, anxiety, and many other common health issues.
