With an International Strength and Conditioning Coach, Alex Makin is from Australia and is currently living and working in the United States permanently. He is the Director of Performance Genesis Sporting Performance and also the Director of Sports Performance in Hanover College. He has a master degree in Strength Training and Conditioning from Liberty University. Here we discuss about strength and mobility of a human body and how that works, as well as the breaking down of body composition is done in details. With the experience as a strength and conditioning coach, Alex Makin talks about strength training and how it's done and he also explains the truth about body fat and how it differs from one person to the other, and the ideal amount of body fat recommended for a person.
