Join Rob and Marco as the have a fascinating chat about so much more than just the leaning tower. Did you know that it isn't a tower all by itself? It is a bell tower for the cathedral of Pisa and the whole complex of Church, Bell Tower, Covered Cemetery and Baptistery is truly unique not only in Tuscany but all of Italy. Marco does such a splendid job of enlightening anyone who listens that you can get so much more when you visit the area. Then he and Rob discuss how Lucca was the only tuscan town to never be conquered by Florence and that it is still a delightful hidden gem where you can interact with the Tuscan locals and it is also perfect base of operations for when you want to stay and truly explore Tuscany for a week or two. It is pretty close to everything!
