Today's episode won't feel too unfamiliar - in opening and bringing awareness to our chakras we are inviting the energy at the base of the spine, the Kundalini energy - Shakti - to make it's way through the Sushumna Nadi towards the Crown. This is commonly referred to as Kundalini Rising and is represented by a coiled serpent at the base of the spine rising upwards, clearing and balancing the chakras, and bringing with it spiritual awakening. This can be a super powerful practice but more often it is a process that can take practice and time. Please, go gently, the awakening of this energy can be powerful. Some will feel a lot, others will feel not much. I have kept this light and easy - let me know how you get on!
