Ricky left school at sixteen frustrated and despondent. Fast forward a few years and Ricky was selling his hugely successful central London commercial real estate company, to the highest of multiple bidders. He attributes much of his success to a mentor that walked into his life one day, giving Ricky not only the self-belief but the skills and principles to succeed.

Ricky founded Platform Seven on the back of his unprecedented success as a twenty-something-year-old in the real estate industry, later moving from London to Los Angeles with the sole purpose of doing for other young adults what his own mentor did for him.
