Throughout his life, He's always been either an athlete, an adventurer, and a performer. He loves bodybuilding, self improvement, public speaking, and helping people develop the tools to live a healthy, purposeful life. The opportunity to get on stage and speak to hundreds of people about how they can prove themselves one little habit at a time through physical activity, lifestyle, change, habits, etc. is the culmination of 48 years of personal growth, traveling the world, learning about people, other cultures, and wh we often hold ourselves back from our who we want to become.
