How's your self care routine??
Entrepreneurs tend to have a ton on their plate, have a fear of not getting enough 'done' during the day and have high levels of stress and anxiety. Ignoring self care in favor of 'getting more done' BACKFIRES big time later on I promise. Not making time to take care of yourself throughout the day can lead to terrible sleep, short/defensive responses in our relationships, and a high level of anxiety. 🤯
If you are an athlete or high performing person, chances are you are already moving your body in some way and see the benefits of taking care of your body physically, BUT are you actually taking the time to SLOW DOWN and implement practices throughout your day to take care of your mind?
