She takes us through the basics of the first two energy centers, how they correlate to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and offers tips for optimizing their energy. She then offers fun suggestions for which wines she likes to pair with each. As with all things Chakra & Chardonnay this is designed to be light and a fun look at the how we can empower our health through knowledge of the chakras. If you are new to the chakras this is a great episode to follow up on Episode 1 of this season 1.
