Spike (shot) – Left

• 1 oz vodka
• drop Sriracha

Ideally, you’d want to try and float the drop of Sriracha /hot sauce of your choice.

Vinyl Scratch #2 (shot) – Right

• 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz blue curacao
• 1/2 lemon

Rainbow Dash – Left, most charitably titled “Pixie Sticks in Grain Alcohol.”

• Drink:
• Glass of Hawaiian Fruit Punch
• 1 and 1/2 oz blue curacao

Stir together.

• Bomb Shot:
• 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz triple sec

Applejack – Right

• 1 and 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
• Apple cider (fill the glass)
• a few dashes of Fee’s Peach Bitters

Begin with highball glass with ice, pour in Southern comfort, stir, then add Apple Cider to fill the glass. Top with dash of Fee’s Peach Bitters.
