Troy Clancey is a Personal Athlete Trainer located in Adelaide with over five years’ experience specializing in mobility, functional movement, injury prevention and recovery. He’s an Owner/Trainer at Limitless Fitness Personal Training & Development and Trainer at Life Personal Trainers. Troy is focused on the psychology of success which is very important to finding meaning in life. He thinks that life is easy if you’re doing something that you are passionate about. His athletic background pushed him into personal training when he was not sure about what else to do in life. After years of personal training, he started to recognize and started to understand the importance of movement diversity and how simple it is to see some significant improvement in his own physical health. Troy hopes to reach bigger audience for them to be able to know the importance of understanding injury prevention.
