I'm not just talking, "I want to lose 10lbs in 30 days." That's not a realistic goal or a even a good goal to try to achieve and I go into more in this episode.

  1. The difference between having resources and being resourceful
  2. What are the 2 MUST KNOW rules to setting a goal
  3. How to change your mindset to view problems as goals.... instead of problems! = )
