Today we met up with Navy veteran Ken Stewart, owner of Tysons Playground and Blackout in Tysons Corner, VA. Among many topics, we asked him to describe what it takes to be a successful gym owner and personal trainer in todays environment. This is a great listen for all, especially the personal trainers and business owners out there.
